I didn't enter this trade as a marketer. I entered it as an entrepreneur who needed to make payroll. I mastered SEO, analytics, and digital strategy out of necessity - to grow my own companies first.

A 30-Year Journey
I have been in this industry since Google was a startup called “BackRub.” Bing, smartphones, social media, - not even invented yet. Over the last three decades, I have founded four companies, navigated two major pivots, and executed a successful exit of my last SEO agency through an acquisition buy-out.
Innovating Before It Was An Industry (1997): I was optimizing my own business websites for search engines before Google dominated the market. I wasn't doing this for clients; I was innovating on my own products to pay the mortgage and grow a company in the dot.com days.
The Exit (2022): I founded Sidewalk Branding Co., in 2009, built it into a regional leader, and successfully sold the agency in 2022.
The Academic Standard: My expertise was forged in business, but it is validated by academia - a distinction unique in this local market. As a former instructor at RISD (Digital Marketing/SEO) advisor at New England Tech, and having worked on other higher-ed projects with other East Coast universities, I hold myself to a standard of clarity and precision that other agencies simply don’t strive for.
Why “Labs”?
Marketing should not be a guessing game. It should be revered as part art, part experimental, and part science.
We call ourselves Omni Search Labs because we treat your strategy like a laboratory. We form a hypothesis, we test it, and we verify the results with data - all predicated on nearly 30 years experience with hundreds of businesses across the globe and from diverse industries. There is no “magic” here. There is only process, discipline, and the EQUATE Framework.

Beyond the Screen
I am a New Englander (New Haven native - transplanted to RI over 30 years ago) who lives and breathes this market. When I am not auditing a site or diving into the latest SEvO models, I am likely grabbing a cabinet (not a milkshake), debating who has the best pizza, or digging into some stuffies (with chourico is my fave!).
I believe in doing the hard work, brutal honesty, and doing the job right the first time.

“Omni” in our brand name, comes from the Latin omnis, meaning “everywhere.” We believe search is omnipresent - in every question, discovery, and answer, regardless of where or how they happen online. Our role is to build bridges between active searchers and our clients, driving opportunity wherever connections are made.
“Labs” describes our approach: treating search as both science and art, experimenting, iterating, and improving daily. We embrace Kaizen, continuous improvement, and the humility to see failure as part of progress. Our Colors, inspired by earth and sky, express balance, calm, and trust - the same qualities we aim to instill in every client relationship.
