Website Technical SEO (Health)
The most common miss on the websites we audit. Technical SEO covers whether Google, Bing, and AI crawlers can read your site at all: crawlability, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking, fixed with a prioritized plan.
Every price you see here is fixed for that defined scope, and it's the floor: enough to know instantly if we're a fit for your budget, no call required. If your site needs more than the baseline scope covers, we'll price that separately and tell you before we start, but the number you see never moves on its own.
These services fix the technical fundamentals search engines and AI platforms use to decide whether your site deserves to be shown: crawlability, speed, structured data, and broken links. Everything here applies regardless of what your site is built on, whether that's WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or something custom.
Services on this page start at $400.
We're confident enough in this process to put the fee on the line.
If any audit doesn't turn up something real and actionable, it's free.
Options:
1. Technical Health Audit
$500We evaluate crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and other technical SEO factors, then provide a prioritized roadmap of recommended fixes. You receive clear direction on what to address and where the biggest opportunities exist.
This is the broader, full-remediation version of the audit included in our Search Visibility Audits service, which is scoped there to diagnosis only.
2. Site Speed Optimization
$650We evaluate and resolve site speed issues, including unoptimized code, render-blocking resources, image inefficiencies, and Core Web Vitals barriers. We implement the improvements so pages load faster and deliver a better user experience.
Mobile performance is our default benchmark, since Google's mobile-first index crawls and ranks every site based on how it performs on a phone, not a desktop.
3. Schema & Structured Data Implementation
$450We add the structured data that helps search engines and AI platforms correctly understand and display your business, services, and content.
Default schema from your website platform CMS or plugins is generic: nearly identical to your competitors' in depth. We build schema unique to your specific business, services, and offers.
4. Page Not Served (404 error) Optimization
$400Using up to five tools, we find and fix broken links, redirect chains, and errors that quietly block search engines from finding and ranking your most important pages and posts.
The most common cause is deleted pages or changed URLs. Skipping the redirect to a similarly themed page throws away earned SEO equity, and your rankings take the hit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about technical SEO, mobile indexing, schema depth, and results timeline.
My site is fast on desktop: why does mobile matter separately? +
Short answer: because since 2016, Google has been giving preference to websites based on their mobile performance, regardless of if most users access the site on a non-mobile device. In 2024 Google moved to a mobile-first engine, meaning all websites are crawled and ranked on their website as viewed on a mobile device.
Most other search engines have followed suit.
For this reason, our reporting defaults to mobile performance reports.
Doesn't my website automatically include schema markup? +
All modern websites include some default schema, and some web developers even add schema markup tools and plugins to generate more. But rarely is the schema in these settings unique and specific to the business it's applied to. In other words, it's likely the same schema as all your competitors, perhaps with slight variation.
Think of it as having nearly the same wording for your services and products pages as your top competitors. Default schema works a lot like that, and that's not a differentiator or growth strategy.
What's the difference between this and the WordPress Care page? +
This page covers technical issues that apply to any platform. If your site runs on WordPress specifically, plugin-related fixes and platform-specific settings live on the WordPress Care & Optimization page instead.
For Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and other web platforms, this is for you!
How long do technical fixes take to show results? +
Honestly, it all depends on the type of change.
Generally speaking, though, technical fixes typically have very quick ROI. Technical SEO errors are the #1 bottleneck to receiving the full performance of a website that we've seen in three decades of doing this.
